Anton Armbruster, MA, PhD
Anton has over 30 years of professional experience in business and private practice as an executive coach and leadership consultant on matters pertaining to innovation, strategy implementation, personal leadership effectiveness, decision making, motivational management, navigation of large scale change, and team-building.

Lakshmi Balachandra, MBA, PhD
Lakshmi Balachandra is a leading expert in improvisation, negotiation and entrepreneurial pitching. She is Fellow in the Women and Public Policy Program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government where she examines the impact of gender on entrepreneurial success in acquiring early-stage funding.

Gaurab Bhardwaj, PhD, MBA, MA
Gaurab's research, teaching, speaking, and facilitating expertise are in strategy, innovation, corporate entrepreneurship, and decision making in science-based businesses like biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and other life sciences and health-related businesses.

Marla Capozzi, MBA
Marla Capozzi is a part-time faculty member at Babson College, where she teaches Strategy. She is also a leader of McKinsey & Company’s Strategy and Global Innovation Practices, based in the Boston office. For the past 13 years at McKinsey, Marla has served global clients across sectors on topics ranging from strategy development, strategic planning, innovation, product development, commercialization and organizational change. She has done the majority of her work in financial services, consumer products and high technology.

J. Mark Carr, MBA
Mark is co-founder and managing partner of the South Street Strategy Group, a Boston-based consulting firm that combines the best in strategy consulting with the best in marketing science to help companies develop superior growth and innovation strategies. South Street Strategy Group is a sister company of Chadwick Martin Bailey, a 25-year old top 50 custom market research firm. Mark has 20 years of management and consulting experience spanning industries including high tech, wireless, consumer products, financial services, insurance and publishing industries. Clients have included work with large organizations such as Cigna, Vanguard, GE Capital, XM Satellite Radio, Nextel, Verisign, Marriott International, Nextel International, and Suntrust.

Bill Lawler, MS, PhD
Dr. Lawler is the Leadership Professor, Strategy & Accounting, Babson F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business. His teaching and research focus on two areas: financial footprints of business unit strategy, and the impact of new technologies on accounting systems.

Matt Hawkins, MD
C. Matthew Hawkins, M.D. specializes in pediatric interventional radiology. Hawkins’ non-clinical interests include health policy, informatics, quality improvement, and social media – and specifically healthcare challenges where these disciplines intersect. Throughout his early career, he has actively volunteered for organized radiology and currently serves on the ACR Young and Early Career Section Executive Committee, ACR Metrics Committee, Society of Interventional Radiology’s CPT Committee, American Roentgen Ray Society’s Outcomes and Quality Improvement Subcommittee, RSNA Public Information Advisory Network, and the Society for Imaging Informatics’ (SIIM) Content and Publications Committee.

Alexander M. Norbash, MD, MHCM, FACR
Dr. Alexander Norbash joined Boston Medical Center in 2004 as Chairman and Professor of Radiology. Dr. Norbash is a Past President of the New England Roentgen Ray Society, a current Councilor for the Society of Chairs of Academic Radiology Departments, and a current Councilor for the American College of Radiology, Massachusetts Chapter. Dr. Norbash received a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management from the Harvard School of Public Health in 2004.

Geoffrey D, Rubin, MD, FACR
Dr. Rubin is the George B. Geller Distinguished Professor of Radiology and Bioengineering at Duke University, where his academic and clinical activities focus on cardiovascular imaging and volumetric image analysis. He currently is the Board Chair of the International Society for Computed Tomography, Board Member of RAD-AID International, founding Board Member of the Radiology Leadership Institute of the American College of Radiology, Member of the Comparative Effective Research Advisory Board for General Electric Healthcare, and is the Clinical co-Founder of Informatics in Context.

William T. Thorwarth, Jr., MD, FACR
Dr. Thorwarth is the current CEO of ACR. Previously, he served as ACR President, chair of the ACR Economics Commission, member of the ACR Board of Chancellors, and in 2010, was honored with the ACR Gold Medal. Dr. Thorwarth is a recognized expert in the field of coding, nomenclature and the relative value scale, and is a recipient of the Silver Medal Award from the North Carolina Radiological Society (NCRS) for extraordinary service to the chapter. He has held leadership positions in numerous medical organizations, including the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), NCRS and the RSNA Research and Education Foundation.
