Description:
You will gain a deeper understanding of regional anesthesia practice by attending the cadaver course edition of The USRA Skills Course. As in the regular course we will cover all the most popular needle placements and blocks in the lecture room and in assisted practice on human subjects. The cadaver lab component provides the opportunity to directly view the internal anatomy depicted on ultrasound and improve accuracy by practicing needle guidance. The entire course will be held at Northwestern Simulation, the world renowned bioskills facility of the Northwestern University School of Medicine. Northwestern Simulation is located just steps from Chicago's Miracle Mile. For out of town attendees we have secured guest room accommodations at a reduced conference rate at the Hyatt Chicago Miracle Mile. The Hyatt is right around the corner from Northwestern Simulation.
