Description:
While it's justifiably famed for its fantastic beaches, Barbados is an island that has it all. In addition to fine powdery sand and brilliant turquoise bays, you'll find smashing nightlife, a Unesco World Heritage–listed capital, a beautiful interior dotted with gardens, and wild surf on the lonely east coast, all inhabited by a proud and welcoming populace. Guests consistently praise the Hilton Barbados Resort for its family-friendly amenities. Children 18 and younger can stay for free while youngsters ages 4 to 13 can sign up for activities with the Kidz Paradise Club. Meanwhile, parents can perfect their backhand at one of the three tennis courts or indulge in a rejuvenating treatment at the spa overlooking Carlisle Bay. And because of the hotel's Needham's Point location (only 3 miles south of Bridgetown), there's plenty of shoreline activities for the whole family. The Internal Medicine conference is designed to provide physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and physician assistants involved in Primary Care with evidence-based information on commonly encountered office dilemmas and suggest current approaches to clinical management. The conference will present and critically assess recent advances and key topics in Internal Medicine to enhance the knowledge and competence of Primary Care attendees.
