Description:
Join the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) for a discussion on implementing shared clinical decision-making for immunization recommendations. NFID Medical Director and liaison to the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), William Schaffner, MD, will moderate the webinar, featuring a presentation by Grace M. Lee, MD, MPH, ACIP Pneumococcal Vaccines Work Group Chair and Professor of Pediatrics at Stanford University.

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Describe the rationale for shared clinical decision-making for immunization recommendations
• Discuss a framework for implementation of shared clinical decision-making including practical considerations such as risk and patient/provider setting
