Description:
Course objectives:

-Review Self-Assesment Module (SAM) sessions highlighting interventional radiology management of CNS tumors, Imaging of stroke and intracranial hemorrhage and head and neck anatomy and cancers

- Demonstrate greater knowledge of imaging and management of the stroke

- Apply conventional and advanced imaging methods to the diagnosis and treatment of neoplastic and non-neoplastic diseases of the spine

- Demonstrate greater knowledge regarding the conventional and advanced imaging methods in the evaluation and treatment of head and neck cancer.

- Be better able to image and assess the temporal bone and central skull base

- Be able to discuss and apply updates regarding the current status of coiling, stent and coiling and flow diversion for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.

- Better Identify the Leukodystrophies

- Review for the MOC examination and recertification examination in Neuroradiolgy

- Better comprehend imaging and advanced imaging techniques in the neonate and pediatric population.
